The best plan for you will depend on what kind of athlete you are. Do you need a lot of feedback from your coach? Will you need  your schedule adjusted as your life changes? How much accountability do you need? If you are a self-sufficient D.I.Y. paddler, that needs some accountability from a group, and a small amount of feedback from your coach, then the Lite Package would suit you. If you are looking to gain the most out of your training, with feedback, accountability, and training based off your progress and response to training, then the Premium Package would be best.

Generally speaking, we see greater success when your coach can monitor your training more closely and fine tune each workout based on your daily feedback.

The main differences between the packages are how much interaction you you will have with your coach, and how often they will adjust your plan as you the need arises.

Premium Coaching includes daily interaction (or during every workout logged) with your coach, whereas the Lite Coaching includes four times a month. Premium Coaching also includes unlimited call, text and email access to your coach for things such as pre-race strategy, training progress and general question answering. Lite Coaching only allows email access to your coach. Premium Coaching allows for unlimited plan adjustments for whatever reason at any time. Lite Coaching offers once a month adjustment from your coach.

We will need three things needed to get you started: New Athlete Questionnaire, a Final Surge account and a recurring payment. To get started click the “Signup” button in the package you want. A member of our coaching staff will email you with links to the three items needed. Once the three items are taken care of, we can get you started with your first workout in less than 24 hours.

We work with paddlers of all ability levels, from Weekend Warriors to Olympic Hopefuls. We specialize and have extensive experience working with Canoe Sprint, Marathon Surfski & Ocean Paddlers.

For runners who’s schedule changes frequently our Premium Coaching would accommodate as many schedule adjustments as needed. You can communicate those changes to your coach and your calendar will get updates.
