That depends on what you are looking for, and what kind of equipment you have access to. Some of our plans have limited demands in terms of equipment – for example you will just need some bands and suspension trainer, whereas as others you will need access to some equipment.

Yes! Strength work will go a long way to help you prevent injuries, and enhance your paddling. Coupled with some Mobility drills, we will have you ready for any challenge.
Our app has your workouts scheduled into your calendar, with all instructions, video instructions, weight, reps and sets. You will be able to track your training in there too.
